These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Cars4Movies ("we", "us") and partners who register as a Car Owner or Film Producer ("you") through this site.
By registering as a Car Owner, you confirm that you are authorized to list the vehicles you submit, that the information you provide is accurate, and that vehicles you publish will be made available under the terms agreed with Cars4Movies for any confirmed booking.
By registering as a Film Producer, you confirm that the company details you provide are accurate and that any vehicle sourcing requests you make through Cars4Movies are on behalf of a genuine production.
Car Owners set their own daily rate for each vehicle. A service fee is added on top of this rate for the price shown to customers; the exact fee is disclosed in the partner dashboard.
You must verify your email address before your account can be used. We reserve the right to review and approve or reject any vehicle listing before it is published publicly.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your account after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
